Her first trimester<\/a> is over \u2014 and so far, so good for Alyssa Milano<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\u201cI feel really good,\u201d the actress, 38, told PEOPLE on Wednesday at the premiere of Hall Pass<\/a><\/em> in Los Angeles.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not sleeping great because of the many trips to the bathroom in the middle of the night. So, I don\u2019t know. I feel good, but if there\u2019s a time I feel like I need to slow down, I will.\u201d<\/p>\n

Milano says she and her husband, Dave Bugliari<\/strong>, 32, don\u2019t know the sex of the baby yet, but they\u2019ve been talking about names since \u201cbefore we even got pregnant.\u201d<\/p>\n

They do have a few favorites picked out, but Milano says: \u201cI don\u2019t want to tell!\u201d

The actress says she actually found dressing for the premiere to be easier than usual, because the pressure\u2019s off.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not as body conscious or concerned with the way I look,\u201d she says. \u201cIt\u2019s more about what\u2019s going to be comfortable versus what looks flattering. It\u2019s a whole different world that I\u2019m enjoying a lot.\u201d<\/p>\n

She adds with a smile: \u201cA muumuu? Perfect!\u201d<\/p>\n

Otherwise, she hasn\u2019t really started preparing for the new baby, but that\u2019s going to change shortly.<\/p>\n

\u201cEveryone says don\u2019t do anything the first trimester, because God forbid something happens,\u201d Milano says. \u201cSo, I haven\u2019t really done anything. I\u2019m going to New York to do a part in New Year\u2019s Eve<\/em>, and I\u2019ll be back home in three weeks, so I figure I\u2019ll start then.\u201d<\/p>\n
