Justice Binta Nyako of a Federal High Court sitting in Lagos, has\u00a0 threatened to dock parties in the suit\u00a0 filed by Prince Oluowo Adeyeri,\u00a0 a People Democratic Party, PDP, member who is challenging the declaration of\u00a0 Dr. Ade Dosunmu as Lagos State\u00a0 PDP governorship candidate, if they (parties) do anything to jeopardise the substantive suit.<\/p>\n

Counsel to the plaintiff, had, yesterday, complained at the resumed hearing in the matter, that\u00a0 Dosunmu had on Saturday February 19,\u00a0 flagged off his governorship campaign in disregard\u00a0 to the court\u2019s directive on February 17, that parties should not do anything that would affect the suit.<\/p>\n
