SARA RUE says she wants to lose a little more weight for her upcoming wedding.

SARA RUE, the American actress who hosts the CW’s new reality competition ‘Shedding for the Wedding’, says she wants to lose “a little bit” more weight for her wedding, reports People Magazine.

32-year-old Rue, who famously lost 50lbs on the Jenny Craig weight-loss program, says she’s working hard to stay trim, adding, “I do my maintenance by exercising and watching what I eat, but of course I may want to lose a little bit more just so I look and feel great in my wedding dress”. Rue, who is set to marry teacher KEVIN PRINCE in May, says that despite her dramatic weight loss she recently laughed off a suggestion from her trainer to run another half marathon, saying, “I was like, ‘Are you nuts? No way do I want that stress while I’m planning a wedding!” The actress explained that she now feels comfortable in her own skin but wants to look perfect for her honeymoon, saying, “I want to be able to flounce around in tiny shorts and a bikini top. That would be ideal”.

‘Shedding for the Wedding’, which features nine overweight couples looking to shed the pounds before their big day, premieres tonight (23rd February 2011) on the CW.
