She showed up at court today to deal with her grand theft charges, and though she was offered a plea bargain, Lindsay Lohan<\/a> turned it down.<\/p>\n

According to TMZ, the \u201cGeorgia Rule\u201d actress wasn\u2019t about to agree to a deal that involved any jail time whatsoever.<\/p>\n

And after leaving the courthouse, LiLo told a close friend that she\u2019s planning on going to trial to fight the allegations.<\/p>\n

Lindsay stated, \u201cI didn\u2019t steal.\u201d However, if she\u2019s found guilty she\u2019ll have a much steeper penalty than if she would have just accepted the plea bargain.<\/p>\n
