This week the UK finally got to see Gwyneth Paltrow’s turn as the trash-talking substitute teacher with some unusual teaching methods on Glee.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gwyneth’s hilarious cameo role was so well received that she is already set to return for another spin around the choir room, in an episode to be aired in the US in a fortnight.<\/span><\/p>\n

The actress will reprise her role as Holly Holiday, singing Prince’s 1986 hit Kiss in a duet with Matthew Morrison as they perform a sexy tango.<\/span><\/p>\n

She’s back! Gwyneth Paltrow is reprising her role as substitute teacher Holly Holiday on Glee<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Causing chaos: This time Holly Holiday will be teaching sex education, and her unusual teaching methods are sure to wreak havoc<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

A sneak peek for the upcoming episode was aired at the end of the latest Glee in the US and it hints at a romance between Holly and Matthew’s character, Glee club teacher Will Schuester.<\/span><\/p>\n

As they dance in a candle-lit room, the 38-year-old actress tells Mr Schuester: ‘Maybe it’s time I learn a little bit about romance.’<\/span>\n<\/p>\n

\u00a0<\/p>\n

Morrison, dipping her seductively, replies: ‘I happen to be an excellent educator.’
<\/span><\/p>\n

And their flirtation appears to spark some jealousy in Will’s previous love interest, school counsellor Emma Pillsbury.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\"Rivals<\/p>\n

Rivals to romance: Mr Schuester and Holly look set to spark up a flirtation in the new episode<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Emma and Holly will go head to head professionally too, with Holly substituting this time as a sex education teacher.<\/span><\/p>\n

She draws the wrath of Miss Pillsbury, the head of the celibacy club, by handing out condoms to the students.

In their last meeting Gwyneth and Matthew Morrison played rivals as Holly took over New Directions while Will was on sick leave.<\/span><\/p>\n

But they sparked up a friendship at the
\nend of the episode and performed an upbeat mash-up of Rihanna’s Umbrella
\nand Singin’ In The Rain.<\/span><\/p>\n

Chart topper: Gwyneth’s songs on Glee raced up the music charts after it aired in the UK this week<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

After the episode aired in the UK on Monday night, three songs performed by Paltrow, including her cover of Cee Lo Green’s Forget You which she also performed with him at the Grammys, raced up the music download charts.<\/span><\/p>\n

Roger Greensmith, Music and MP3 manager at Amazon.co.uk gave an indication of her sudden leap into the music charts: ‘Gwyneth\u2019s tracks, along with others from the show, have seen Glee occupy 15 of the top 20 places on the Amazon.co.uk MP3 Movers and Shakers chart since Monday night\u2019s episode.’<\/span><\/p>\n

The cast of the show have raved about Gwyneth since she filmed her first episode with them last year.<\/span><\/p>\n

Chord Overstreet, who plays football player Sam, told the Metro this week: ‘She is fantastic. She bought her little kids on set so we got to meet and talk to them. She did four numbers on one day and she couldn\u2019t be sweeter.’<\/span><\/p>\n

The girls of Glee also gushed over her recently. Naya Rivera, who plays cheerleader Santana, told Mail Online: ‘Gwyneth Paltrow was so good. She was cute.’<\/span><\/p>\n

Jenna Ushkowitz also has her sights set on Hugh Jackman, who she describes as her ‘dream guest star.’<\/span><\/p>\n

‘He does film, stage and TV and he can sing and dance,’ she said.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\"Career<\/p>\n

Career change? After her cover of his song on the show, Cee Lo Green asked Gwyneth to perform with with at the Grammys on February 13<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

The cast have been in the spotlight constantly throughout this year’s awards season, but the girls say they find having to look glamorous exhausting.<\/span><\/p>\n

Naya says:<\/span> ‘<\/span>I look at Kim Kardashian and I have no idea how she does it. She\u2019s
\nalways flawless. I\u2019m tired for her. She will go to the grocery store in
\nfull make up.<\/span><\/p>\n

‘She must have a glamour squad with her the whole time,’ Jenna adds. ‘ I would feel weird if I was dressed up all the time, but I would love to do it.’<\/span><\/p>\n

Asked if she feels pressure to dress up herself in case she is photographed, Naya says: ‘I always thought I would but I always wear sweats. We go to work, we work and then we go home, so it\u2019s fine.’<\/span><\/p>\n
