A seventy-six year old farmer and Spiritualist known as \u2018Atiko\u2019, is reported to have shot and butchered his 60-year old wife to death. The incident occurred on Thursday February 3, between the hours of 9-10pm at Akyim Muoso near Anyinam in the Eastern Region.
\nThe man who is believed to have spiritual powers is said to have been arrested in the early hours of Friday 4.
\nAn Eyewitness Kwaku Asante confirmed the incident to Citi News. \u201cThe man killed the woman with a gun, axe and cutlass. Nobody could even go close to him because he was having a gun ready to shoot at anyone. Even when the Policemen came there, they couldn\u2019t go inside where he is. He gave several warning shots at the police.
