Even with a jam-packed, non-stop schedule, Britney Spears<\/a> still manages to find the time to sit down and fit in a good book every now and then.<\/p>\n

While chatting with UK\u2019s Stylist magazine, the \u201cCircus\u201d star revealed that she\u2019s been reading The Mastery of Love, which was written a decade ago by Mexican spiritualist author Don Miguel Ruiz.<\/p>\n

“It’s basically an analysis of love and what it means to love,” Spears explained. “It goes through all the different aspects of love \u2013 who you are as a person, knowing yourself before you even attempt to love anyone else, that sort of thing. It’s really well-written and thought-provoking.”<\/p>\n

When asked if she would recommend the book to anyone in a relationship, Brit said, “Yes definitely, it’s very cool. It’s not so much about learning something; it’s one of those things where you already know this stuff, but it’s good to instill it in yourself again.”<\/p>\n<\/div>\n
