Keeping herself immersed in the spotlight ahead of tonight’s airing of the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, Miranda Kerr<\/a> was at the lingerie giant’s South Coast Plaza Store in Costa Mesa, California on Tuesday (November 29).<\/p>\n

Looking beautiful in black, the Aussie stunner helped re-launch the women’s intimate apparel shop while greeting patrons that turned up to purchase sensual undergarments during the midday appearance.<\/p>\n

The outing comes as Miss Kerr recently spoke with New York magazine about her first visit to a VS boutique – as she was a 16-year-old foreign exchange student living in Virginia.<\/p>\n

She told, \u201cI was like, \u2018Wow! This is like a wonderland. We don\u2019t have anything like that in Australia.”<\/p>\n

Getting a contract with the brand several years later, Miranda dished, \u201cI just remember the first time I met Adriana [Lima], she was so beautiful. I was like, \u2018Why would they want me? I mean, look at her. She\u2019s incredible.\u2019 And then I met Heidi and Gisele and I was like, \u2018What am I doing here?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Rising the ranks of Victoria’s Secret ever since, Kerr continued, \u201cI always see myself as, like, equal to everyone. I can\u2019t feel bad about being who I am, just like the girl next to me can\u2019t feel bad about being who she is. A rose can never be a sunflower, and a sunflower can never be a rose.\u201d<\/p>\n
