Now, a drumbeat of rumors about marital woes has grown only louder in the United States and the U.K. amid reports the couple spent the holidays apart. Their usually active Twitter pages have been silent on the issue, and their reps have not commented. <\/p>\n

Perry, 27, and Brand, 36, who were wed in October 2010<\/a> in India, laughed off<\/a> reports of problems earlier this month, with Brand telling Ellen DeGeneres<\/a>, “I am really happily married.”<\/p>\n
