The performer\u2019s cancellation is unexpected and the reasons are unknown to Cross River State since he has confirmed receipt of his entire performance fee many weeks ago.<\/p>\n<p>Currently, Cross River State and its agents have retained counsel in the United States to pursue their legal and monetary remedies against the artist.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>The information was made known publicly on Tuesday,December 27th when a representative of Rick Ross told allhiphop that he will not be coming to Nigeria to perform at the calabar festival as earlier scheduled .<br clear=\"all\"\/><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p><span>Do you have a story\/gist for publication?
