Former President Jerry John Rawlings will be the Guest of Honour and lead speaker at a public lecture in Accra on Wednesday morning to mark the 30th anniversary of the 31st December Revolution.<\/p>\n

A statment issued by the organising committee of the celebration on Tuesday said, the lecture, under the theme:”Three Decades of Grassroots Participation: Its Relevance to the Current Political Dispensation”, is being organised by the Cadre Front at the National Theatre.<\/p>\n

The statement said other speakers would include Mr Paul Victor Obeng, Dr. Mrs. Mary Grant and Nana Konadu Agyeman Rawlings.<\/p>\n
