Lagos \u2014 Thirty customers of Access Bank Plc have been exempted from form of charges on their accounts having won the ‘lifelong certificate’ at the grand finale of the bank’s ‘Customer Engagement Campaign’ promo.<\/p>\n
At the end of the draws held in Lagos, 15 corporate organisations as well as 15 individual account holders were awarded lifelong certificates which showed that their accounts in Access Bank would henceforth be free from the various charges associated with banking.<\/p>\n
The Team Leader, Product Management, Access Bank, Mr. Uche Onyeigwe, explained that the campaign was necessitated by the bank’s desire to honour customers who had complied with the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) Customer Account Update policy.<\/p>\n
According to him, the promo, the eight in the series was the bank’s way of rewarding loyalty and keeping straight records with the bank.<\/p>\n
Among the 15 individual customers were Kazeem Ijiola, Mba Emeka Kingsley, Duruaku Chizoba, Ekugo John Okezie and Oliver Okafor Odo.<\/p>\n
On the other hand, Excelsiors Productions Company Limited, Omowumi Global Company, Family Ministries International, XTISAN Integrated Services Limited, O. Moses Global Enterprises Limited, were also part of the 15 organisations that benefited from the exemption.<\/p>\n
“We are exempting these companies and individuals because they responded to CBN’s call for account holders to update their data, in order to forestall inability to reach customers. The essence of the information is to enable us serve you better,” Onyeigwe said.<\/p>\n
