She was sentenced to 19 years in jail in 2009 for &#8220;complicity in the killing of several children who had sought refuge at a convent in Save (Southern Rwanda)&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>After working for World Vision in Kigali until 2005, she had left the country. According to US officials, she tried to enter the country in 2010 at Detroit airport.
