Zenit St Petersburg have admitted they are interested in taking Andrey Arshavin back to Russia.<\/p>\n

Arsenal forward Arshavin, 30, has been struggling for form and has also admitted he wants more regular games.<\/p>\n

Zenit technical director Igor Korneev told Russian newspaper Sovietsky Sports: “We are always interested in Andrey but at this moment I can’t confirm or reject that we are working on this matter.”<\/p>\n

Arsenal paid Zenit \u00a312m for Arshavin nearly two years ago but, with just two years left on his contract, his value is likely to have fallen dramatically.<\/p>\n
