I think that some people have very fertile imagination; they should use it for the benefit of the country\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>President Mills also gave the strongest indication about his government\u2019s plans concerning the disbursement of the 3 billion Chinese loan.<\/p>\n<p>He revealed that government will fast track work on the subsidiary legislations for parliamentary approval, so work can start on the many projects earmarked for the loan.<\/p>\n<p>In a related development, President expressed the government\u2019s appreciation to the leadership and people of China for coming to the aid of the country by granting the 3 billion loan facility for infrastructural development.<\/p>\n<p>He said he would personally constitute a team to go to China on behalf of the Government and People of Ghana to personally thank the Chinese.<\/p>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p> The President of Ghana John Evans Atta Mills has denied reports that he went to Cuba to seek medical attention.
