If City agree to loan Tevez then he goes to Milan, the case is closed. Otherwise the market is open.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Leonardo also insisted that he is not using the move as a way of getting back at the club he formerly managed.<\/p>\n<p>He added: &#8220;The goal is not to inflict a blow to Milan.
