TMZ Live: ‘Avatar’ Lawsuit — Delusional?

Some sci-fi geek is suing James Cameron for jacking the idea for “Avatar” — the lawsuit makes it seem like he’s got a case … but isn’t everything in Hollywood some form of recycled crap?

Plus, Lamar Odom‘s pissed the Lakers tried to dump him — refusing to show up for practice today.  And, did Alec Baldwin take it too far with his 9/11 reference? Definitely … and a 9/11 widow’s letting him have it.
