Prime Minister designate Dr. Kamal El Ganzouri Friday 02/12/2011 received nominees for ministerial portfolios in the new national salvation government. In this context, he received:
Dr. Fayza Abul Naga, nominee for the portfolio of international cooperation.
– Momtaz El Saeed, nominee for the Ministry of Finance.
– Dr. Wael Al Digwy, nominee for the portfolio of Housing.
– Dr. Moatazz Bellah Abdel Fattah, nominee for the Ministry of Youth.
– Dr. Nagwa Khalil, nominee for the Ministry of Social Insurance.
– Abdel Rahim Al Qenawy, the nominee for the portfolio of Interior.
– Dr. Adel Al Adway the nominee for the portfolio of Health.
– Dr. Khaled Hussein, the nominee for Higher Education.
On the other hand, several members of the Essam Sharaf cabinet have retained their posts in the national salvation government of Ganzouri.
The remaining ministers are Abdallah Ghorab for oil, Mohamed Salem for telecommunications, Mohamed Abdel Fadil el Qusi for Awqaf, Mahmoud Eissa for industry and foreign trade, Hesham Kandil for irrigation and Mounir Fakhri Abdel Nour for tourism.
Also retaining their posts in the national salvation government are Osama Heikal for information, Hassan Younis for electricity and Fayza Abul Naga for planning and international cooperation.
Gouda Abdel Khaleq will remain minister for social solidarity and will also be in charge of the supply portfolio.
Foreign Minister Mohamed Kamel Amr and Agriculture Minister and Land Reclamation Salah Youssef will retain their posts in the new government.
Minister of state for military production Ali Sabri will retain his post in the new government.
