Aduana looking to climb league log with Wassaman win

Aduana team charging ahead of Wassaman clash

Operations Manager of Aduana Stars George Gyawu has charged his team to deliver victory when they clash with bottom club Wassaman United on Sunday.

The 2009 League champions emerged with a hard-fought point off Hearts of Oak in midweek and are looking to improve their current 7th place on the Premiership table with a win before their home fans in Dormaa.

“We came through a very tough game against against Hearts but thankfully we did not come back empty handed therefore we are looking to take all three points against Wassaman on Sunday,” Gyawu told GHANAsoccernet.com.

“I have no doubt at all of a victory if we play with the same determination and organization we employed during the midweek game.”

Gyawu however conceded the fact their visitors are rooted at the foot of the league log does not guarantee an automatic win and that his team must work tirelessly for it.

“We are not looking at Wassaman as the bottom club, they are in the Premiership and they have played some wonderful football in some of their games.

“We have resolved to take every game as a final and therefore there is no room to under-estimate any of our opponents, we will be going all out,” he added.
