Job Description
We are seeking to recruit proactive, versatile and results-oriented persons for the following position: Sales Assistants REF AHC 010
Report to: The Sales/Market Development Supervisor
Primary Task:
- Sell goods and services to customers and seek for new customers
- Maintain cordial customer relations with existing and new customers
- Ensure payment and processing of goods and services
- Ensure maximum exposure for goods and services
- Receive and manage stock and stock shelving
- Keep customers up-to-date on special promotions and displays
- Give customer advice and guidance on products and services
- Attend to customer complaints
Required Skills or Experience
- Minimum requirement of SSS certificate or HND
- Retail sales experience in fast moving consumer goods preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiating skills
