Queens Park Rangers boss Neil Warnock is reportedly lining up a loan deal for Manchester City defender Nedum Onuoha.
The 24-year-old has attracted interest from the likes of Everton and Blackburn Rovers, so Warnock is likely to face tough competition – with the player’s wage demands proving to be something of an obstacle.
It is anticipated that QPR will ask Manchester City to pay a percentage of Onuoha’s salary, but the Eastlands club have been reluctant to agree to similar deals so far this summer.
Warnock told The Mail Online: “We are a bit thin on full-backs at the moment, so we are looking in that area.”
