Ondjiva — Government in southern Cunene province meets Thursday with members of National Police and headmasters from various education institutions in order to outline measures for combat and prevention of fainting causes of students, allegedly by inhalation of toxic substances.
The acting governor in Cunene province, Jerónimo Haleingue, who voiced concern about the situation, called for the need to outline common mechanisms for better control of perpetrators.
“It is important to step up security measures at schools by monitoring the access to
the education institutions”, he said, adding that fact requires cooperation by headmasters, teachers and students”, stressed the official.
