Condom is still the most effective way of reducing HIV infections even after researchers revealed that there are drugs that significantly reduce chances of HIV infections.
James Kiarie, principal researcher from the University of Nairobi says the new findings should not be used to mean that people can now stop the use of condoms and instead use the drug as a prevention measure.
He says the drug can only reduce risk of infection by 73 percent.
