The National Taxpayers Sssociation yesterday faulted the CDF management committees and other manangers of devolved funds in most constituencies in Nyanza over misuses of the funds.
The NTA Nyanza regional coordinator Patrick Nyangweso said a huge chunk of the devolved funds has been misappropriated . Nyangweso said according to the recent findings by the NTA, hundreds of millions of shillings intended for the development of various projects in four constituencies in Kisumu County have been misused.
