The parliamentary Committee on education is raising concerns that the over 6.7 million shillings allocated to constituencies in this year’s budget is not enough. Committee Chairman David Koech wants parliament to increase the amount while approving the budget so that the development of ICT and computer literacy in schools is not disrupted.
