The case challenging the appointment of Keriako Tobiko as the Director of Public Prosecutions will this morning be before a three judge bench appointed by chief justice Willy Mutunga.
The petition was filed by the Kenya Youth Parliament and the Kenya Youth League who claim that Tobiko’s integrity is questionable.
High court judges John Mwera, Philomena Mwilu and Mohammed Warsame will hear the submissions.
