A public admission by attorney General Amos Wako that he hasn’t read and fully understood the section of the law directing all Kenyans to pay Taxes, has been termed criticized.
Charles Nyachae. who chairs the Constitution Implementation Committee says remarks by the AG that he can’t give legal advice on the matter, are shocking and unbelievable.
Nyachae is warning Kenyans not to be misled by leaders opposed to the taxation on MP’s allowances.
