Olympique Marseille winger Andre Ayew will not travel with Ghana’s Under-23 to play against Nigeria in the final All Africa Games qualifier on Sunday, GHANAsoccernet.com can confirm.
The 21-year-old has sought permission from the handlers of the team to attend to pertinent personal issues in France this week.
Ayew is schedule to hold talks with Marseille officials over his future with the club after robbery attacks on his residence last Month.
Also Black Stars midfielder Emmanuel Agyeman-Badu has been ruled out of the fixture against the Dream Team.
The team is schedule to leave Accra on Friday for Benin City.
