Dhusamareb — Somalia’s moderate Sufi group of Ahlu Sunna Walajama ASWJ on Friday vowed that it will dislodge Al shabaab fighters from central Somalia regions.
In an interview with Shabelle Radio, Sheikh Abdulahi Sheikh Abdurrahman, Ahlu Sunna’s head of information said his group has set a plan removing forcibly Al shabaab movement from Galgudud and Hiran region in country;s center.
The official indicated that their political antagonist has suffered countless losses in the most recent battles in centre of war-torn Somalia.
He also noted that Ahlu Sunna Waljama ASWJ are committed the continuation battling against Al shabaab, which the United States designated as al Qaeda’s surrogate in the horn of African nation.
