Arsenal have released young trio Mark Randall, Thomas Cruise and Roarie Deacon, with all three becoming free agents from the end of the month.

Randall’s departure is the most significant, with the 21-year-old having featured 17 times for Arsene Wenger’s side since making his debut as a 17-year-old in the League Cup.

The midfielder spent the 2010/11 campaign on loan with League Two side Rotherham United where he made 10 appearances, having also had spells with Burnley at MK Dons.

Cruise, 20, has made one appearance for the senior side, at left-back in the Champions League against Olympiacos in 2009. Cruise spent last term on loan at League One side Carlisle United.

Deacon bagged four goals in 16 appearances for the Arsenal reserves last season, but the 19-year-old has also failed to secure a further contract at the Emirates.
