Luanda — The Namibian ambassador to Angola, Cláudia Uushona, Wednesday, in Luanda, said that her country wants to strengthen relation ties with Angola, aimed at sharing parliamentary experience.
This intention was assured by the diplomat, after an audience she held with the Angolan minister for Parliamentary Issues, Norberto dos Santos “Kwata Kanawa”, adding that the ties will be reinforced by sharing experiences among technicians of both Southern Africa nations.
She said that the goals can be attained with the sharing of experiences and programmes.
Speaking about nowadays relations between both countries, the Namibian diplomat said they are specials, since they date back from the period of the liberation struggle.
She defended the need to keep strengthening these relations, mainly in the economic sector, toward improving populations’ well-being.
Angola and Namibia has been cooperating in many sectors, such as health, energy, tourism and trading.
