The leaders of the GFA division one league, Brikama United, were on Sunday held to a goalless draw by Steve Biko at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium.
Bakau United suffered a lone goal defeat in the hands of their archrivals Wallidan at the Serrekunda West Stadium on Saturday. Young Africans, who are widely called draw specialists in the GFA league 2011-2012 also faced another setback as they were beaten one-nil by Armed Forces at the Independence Stadium.
Meanwhile, on Saturday, the telecommunication boys, Gamtel, took the maximum three points at the expense of Interior FC in Banjul. Another relegation threatened team, Africell, held the defending champions, Gambia Ports Authority to a goalless draw at the Independence Stadium, while Samger slept in the hands of Real de Banjul after conceding a lone goal at the Serrekunda East Mini Stadium.
