Asamoah Gyan has been put up for sale by manager Steve Bruce, only a season after the player moved to Sunderland, according to The Mirror.
Gyan joined Sunderland in a £15 million move from French club Rennes after he impressed in the World Cup, helping Ghana to the quarter-finals.
The striker has only shown glimpses of his potential, netting 10 times in his time at Sunderland, but big clubs are reportedly willing to take a chance on him.
Clubs were made known of the availability of the Ghanaian World Cup star via an email sent out by Sunderland.
Bruce wants to raise funds to strengthen his team, although Sunderland fans are said to be sceptical about the manager’s moves in the transfer market.
The ex-Manchester United defender has already sold Jordan Henderson to Liverpool this summer, following Darren Bent’s move to Aston Villa in the January transfer window.
