Malanje — The governor of the northern Malanje province, Boaventura Cardoso, is expected Wednesday in Quela district, 115 kilometres east off capital city, as part of the social inquiry programme.
Angop learnt that the governor Boaventura Cardoso will meet with the traditional and administrative authorities to learn about the plight of the local population as well as the proposal of the eventual resolution.
