Former Italy international Nicola Legrottaglie has revealed he is in talks over a possible move to newly-promoted side QPR.
The 34-year-old is avaliable on a free transfer after AC Milan decided not to extend his short-term contract with the Serie A giants.
The centre-half moved to San Siro in Janurary after leaving rivals Juventus, but he could now be set for a move to England.
“I have had a meeting with QPR and it is now up to them to decide,” Legrottaglie told Sportitalia.
“It would be a dream for me to have an experience abroad and playing in London would be the maximum.”
QPR manager Neil Warnock would inherit Legrottaglie’s experience if he were to sign a contract at the London-based club, who are looking to avoid relegation in their first season in the Premier League for 15 years.
