Sunyani, June 13, GNA - ActionAid Ghana with support from ActionAid International, at the week-end donated relief items worth GH¢22,000 to Ivorian refugees at their camp at Berekum in the Brong Ahafo Region. The items included; 200 pairs of children slippers, 1,000 pieces of underwear for women and children, 250 plastic water containers, 100 pieces of children clothing, 300 bars of soap, 200 pieces of tooth paste, 300 tooth brushes and 3,000 pieces of sanitary pads.

Yesterday, the RSE did not trade much following days of active trading activity that resulted from the announcement of the 2010 financial year dividends.

A total turnover of Rwf47,000 was recorded from 200 BRALIRWA shares traded in one transaction. The company share price closed at Rwf 235; a decrease of Rwf18 from last week’s closing price of Rwf253.

Beginning tomorrow June 14, 2011, the BRALIRWA shares will be trading ex dividend.

The KCB and NMG counters did not record activity today and their share prices remained unchanged from last week’s closing prices of Rwf175 and Rwf 1200 respectively.

At the end of business, there was an outstanding bid of 300,000 BRALIRWA shares at Rwf230 each and one outstanding offer of 13,800 BRALIRWA shares at Rwf260 each.
