Namibe — More than 100.000 heads of cattle were vaccinated against anthrax and foot and mouth disease in Bibala district, south-west Namibe province, less 8000 if compared to the same period of the previous campaign.
Speaking to Angop, the official in charge of the local agriculture section, Manuel Bento, said that the campaign started in March and is expected to end in July.
Manuel Bento said that the campaign counts on the active participation of cattle breeders that are taking their animals for vaccination.
