WAYNE Rooney is on a week-long sex ban to stop his new hair falling out. Men are told to avoid all strenuous activity following a hair transplant – or the scalp may reject the new tufts.
Transplant surgeon Dr Bessam Farjo said: “Men who have a hair transplant face a sex ban for one full week. It is a very important factor and we have to stress it over and over to patients.” The 25-year-old England ace had the £10,000 treatment last week.
Experts say he should wear a hat on his hols in Barbados with wife Coleen. Dr Farjo said: “It’s dangerous. Men can’t feel the scalp burn.” Rooney has tweeted: “The new hair is coming on people. Swelling gone down.”
