Two of Ghana’s most decorated clubs, Accra Hearts of Oak and Kumasi Asante Kotoko have been ranked in Africa’s best ten clubs of all time. The ranking released by Confederation of Africa Football (CAF) placed the Porcupine Warriors as the fourth best ever team in Africa with 48 points. The Phobians placed eighth with 32 points

Kericho golfer Reuben Langat beat a field of 79 golfer to win this year’s Stanbic Bank title at Kericho Club. Playing off handicap 6, Langat posted a total of 39 points to top the event.

He posted 21 points in the first nine and 18 points in the second nine respectively. C. Aburi won the Group “A” category which featured golfers between handicap 0-9, after beating G. Mainye to second position. Handicap 9 Aburi posted a total of 38 points, 20 in the first nine and 8 in second to claim the title and was followed by followed by Mainye, who posted 35 points made up of 19 points and 16 in the first and second nine respectively. H.P Patel took third place. Group “B” brought golfers between handicap 10 and 19 and was won by S. Kirui after beating Ndonga on countback.

The two tied on a total of 38 points. K. Soi was third in the group. GS Virdee won Group “C” with Lornah Kipngok taking second position.
