Any person who is involved in the training or recruiting of Al Shabaab will be charged as a terrorist, Provincial Police Officer Aggrey Adoli has said. Adoli said anyone who has or is still involved in taking innocent Kenyans to Somali to be turned into dangerous criminals will face hefty fines.

He noted that families who failed to report this syndrome when it happened will also be treated as criminals and they risk being charged for abuse of human rights and terrorism. “Anyone who has gotten himself or herself no matter where he comes from will face the law. These individuals must be treated as terror criminals,” he said. He said that because of the militia, many tourists will soon fear to visit the Kenyan Coast. Adoli implored the public to report any cases of crime within the region to help curb any intention of terror.
