Nambale MP Chris Okemo and Former KPLC boss James Gichuru who are wanted in the U.K to answer to money laundering charges have lost a bid to stop their extradition. Judge Nicholas Ombija declined to issue the order terming the case as speculative. Okemo and Gichuru had gone to court to block the planned extradition to the UK saying the process was against their constitutional rights.
