Menongue — The main event of the International Children’s Day, being marked on 1 June, is taking place in Menongue district in the eastern Kuando Kubango province, with the participation of more than 2000 children.
The event, which is happening in a sport pavilion, will count on the participation of the provincial governor of Kuando kubango, Eusébio de Brito Teixeira and officials of the local department of the National Children Institute (INAC), among other guests.
The agenda also include the interventions of the local government, INAC, children and performance of theatre plays and dances, as well as offering of lunches and gifts for children.
