Back in 2007 she was accused of terrorizing a woman in a car chase, and Lindsay Lohan has finally figured out a settlement.

According to TMZ, the “Mean Girls” actress’ insurance company paid out an undisclosed amount of money to Tracie Rice.

When Ms. Rice initially filed the lawsuit, she claimed LiLo’s crazy driving was “one of the most frightening experiences” of her life.

Now that this case has been dismissed, Lindsay can move on to the next unresolved lawsuit in her life as she cleans out her legal closet.
