Luanda — A delegation of the Ministry of Social Communication, led by its incumbent minister, Carolina Cerqueira, left on Thursday for the northern Cabinda province, where he will chair the opening act of the public debate on the legislative package draft for this sector, ANGOP has learnt.
Angop learnt that the act is happening at 3 p.m at the Noble Hall of the local palace and it will have the participation of the provincial governor or a representative, as well as the minister Carolina Cerqueira.
Under debate will be the diplomas on the legislative package of the sector, which comprises the bill on the national social communication council, the bill on journalists status, another on the exercise of television activity, as well as the bill on radio broadcasting.
The delegation is comprised by senior employees of the Ministry of Social Communication and directors of the media institutions.
