Halifa Sallah the author of “Treatise On Founding A Federation of African Republics” is now in Namibia as a guest of the Pan African Centre of Namibia to give a lecture on “Issues That Affect Contemporary Africa” at the 2011 Dr Sam Nujoma Annual Public Lecture. He is to give a keynote address on The Road to African Unity, Democracy and Development on 25 May 2011 on the commemoration of Africa Liberation day.
