Dimitar Berbatov has expressed a desire to remain at Manchester United.
The Bulgarian finished the season as the joint top scorer in the Premier League along with Carlos Tevez, having hit the net 21 times.
The 30-year-old, who has been linked with a move away from the club, is now targeting another league success after the Red Devils won a record 19th title this season.
“I have a contract for one more year and I will go nowhere,” Berbatov said, according to The Sun.
“Now I am part of United’s 19th title and I want to be part of the 20th, that’s my plan.
“I am the happiest man in the team because I’m a champion and top goalscorer in the league.
“To win 19 titles is a fantastic achievement.”
Having won the Premier League, the former Tottenham man is also eyeing a Champions League triumph over Barcelona at Wembley.
Berbatov said: “I expect to win against Barcelona. Everybody thinks the Spaniards are favourites but nobody knows who will win.”
