A suspected Zambian drug trafficker arrested at the JKIA with cocaine worth 3.5 million shillings has was yesterday arraigned in a Kibera court.
The accused did not take plea because her lawyer Cliff Ombeta said he was yet to receive instructions from the suspect Catherine Banda.
The lawyer requested the court to defer the plea to allow him time to also examine an affidavit the police will be using to oppose Banda’s bail.
