Uíge — The Provincial Director of Family and Woman Promotion in Uije, Emilia Dias Fernandes, on Friday here condemned the excessive use of alcoholic drinks and drugs by the local youth, ANGOP has learnt.
In her opinion, the consumption of alcohol and drugs have been causing the increase in juvenile delinquency, road accidents, vandalism acts, as well as domestic violence.
“We have been noticing with much concern and sadness in our country the excessive consumption of alcohol and drugs, among young people and teenagers”, she regretted.
