Head of State Praises Cooperation With Mozambican Attorney’s Office

Luanda — The Angolan president, José Eduardo dos Santos, received in an audience the general attorney of Mozambique, Augusto Raúl Paulino, with whom he debated the need for reinforcement of co-operation with the Angolan counterpart.

After the meeting, the visiting official told press that it was a courtesy meeting to transmit the greetings from the Mozambican attorney-ship and President, Armando Guebuza.

He said he exchanged information on the work that has been done in the context of the visit he is paying to Angola, under the strengthening of the co-operation between the both attorney-offices.

Augusto Raul Paulino also said that the Angolan President expressed a very positive opinion about the ongoing works and transmitted guidance on the development in the sectors of justice, judiciary and in the adjustment of the institutions to the Angolan Constitution.

Commenting on the international organised crimes, the visiting official mentioned the accords that will be signed on Friday that will set a more effective relationship meant the fight against this practice.
