Kuito — The governor of the Central Bié Province, Alvaro Manuel Boavida Neto, on Tuesday here expressed concerned aboout the sabotage of the drinking water supply systems by residents, Angop learnt.
The official said so at the opening of the second extraordinary meeting of the provincialcouncil of consultation and social concertation, adding that he is dissatisfied due to the conduct of some citizens that have been destroying the Kuito city water supply system.
The governor also denounced that another citizens have been withdrawing the water meter of the provincial managing board of the energy and water for the payment of the tariffs.
Participants in the meeting are over 100 individuals among them deputy governors, government officials, municipal administrators, chieftains, religious entities, as well as police officers and militaries.
